Summary

We put a low-mileage engine in a high-mileage vehicle and rewired all electrical, rerouted all hoses, and properly reseated the engine.

Purpose

For extending the life of the vehicle, increasing horsepower, and fixing a few extra issues it had previously along the way. Was a wonderful training exercise.

Features

• Almost new M3 engine in a 530i
• Rewired everything
• Reconnected all hoses
• Replaced clutch, break pads, brake rotors, clutch slave cylinder, and bled the brakes
